POLICIES & CHARGES

Hall hirers have to sign the Venue Space Hire Agreement as well as Booking Confirmation Form with the LWT Trading UK Ltd.

A rental fee of the Queensborough Hall is £40.00 per hour from 09.00-18.00 and £50.00 per hour from 18.00-22.00. A rental fee of the Club Bar premises is £32.00 per hour from 09.00-18.00 and £40.00 per hour from 18.00-22.00.

The Hirer shall pay 100% of the hire charge within 7 days of receiving an invoice or on the day of the event.

Please note that any additional costs entailed on the day should be paid before or immediately after the function.
Due amount is payable by cash or credit cards (except American Express).

The Hirer shall be entitled to terminate the Hire Agreement at any time prior to the commencement of the Hire Period by giving written notice to the Owner two weeks before the event.
