POLICES & CHARGES

GENERAL

• Reception opening hours: 9.00am – 10.00pm.
• Check in time: from 2.00pm. For late check in (after 10.00pm) please contact the guest house during booking.
• Check out time: 11.00am.
• We accept VISA, Master Card, Maestro and cash payments. We do not accept American Express.
• All children under 1 year of age stay free of charge when using existing beds. Baby cribs are available on previous arrangement.
• No smoking. Fine for smoking on the premises - £250.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We offer the same day luggage storage.

BOOKINGS

• Non-refundable bookings (advance purchase) – the full value of the reservation will be charged on making the booking. If the booking is cancelled or the guest does not arrive (a “no-show”) no payment will be refunded.
• All other bookings are subject to the cancellation policy as outlined below.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations made 3 days before the date of arrival will not be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the date of arrival or “no-shows” will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s bed and breakfast.
• For a group booking of 3 or more rooms we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total bed and breakfast rate for the complete booking if cancelled less than two weeks prior to the day of arrival.
• By making a booking, guests agree to our bookings and cancellation policy as outlined above.
